Welcome to the Garmprint Help Center. We’ve compiled a number of our frequently asked questions into one easy-to-access place. Question How much does it cost to print?
AnswerPrint prices varies depending on a number of factors such as; the size of the design, the type of print method used and also the number of units you would be printing. Try our design upload tool to get an actual cost or give us a call if you have further enquiries.
Question Can I order a sample?
AnswerYes we make samples, although samples come at a fixed cost of 12,000. When you place an order of over 5 units within a week of your sample being delivered we would discount the sample fee (12,000 – your actual unit cost) from your total invoice.
Question What is your delivery timeline?
Answer

  • Our standard delivery timeline is 7 – 10 days from the moment artwork is approved and order is paid for.
  • ** Our Express Delivery timeline is 3 – 5 days (attracts a 20% fee of the total invoice) from the moment artwork is approved and order is paid for.
  • ** Our Next Day delivery timeline (applies to orders placed before 11am) is 24hrs (attract a 30% fee of the total invoice) from the moment artwork is approved and order is paid for.

Question Do you make custom items?
AnswerYes we do, if you do not see the item on our site, give us a call and one of our team members would talk you through the order process and help bring your idea to life.
Question What payment methods do you accept?
AnswerPayments can be made online or via transfer and all payments must be made at the time of order for the order to be processed
Question What is your returns policy?
AnswerWe do not accept returns on items that are delivered in good condition.
Question How do I place an order online?
AnswerGo to the shop section of the website, pick the blank garment you would like to use, select a colour and size and click customise. Upload and position your design and click save design (to allow you easily repeat this for other colours or sizes) then click add to cart and continue to checkout. For more info, see our “How To” stories for a step by step guide on how to complete the order.
Question What type of print method do you think will be best for my design?
AnswerThis really depends on what you are trying to achieve see our print methods section here for more information one the different methods we offer, we’ve added videos to guide your decision, if you still can’t make up your mind, give us a call and we’d be happy to talk you through what’s best.
Question How do you calculate the cost of my print?
AnswerFor our heat transfer (flex, flock and custom print) and direct to garment prints we use the size (area) of your artwork, calculating the length by the width. For our screen print we calculate the size of the artwork as well as the number of colours. For embroidery we calculate the number of stitches required to completed your design.
Question Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Answer

No we don’t have a MOQ but the higher the quantity, the lower the cost.

Question Why are DTG dark colours more expensive than light colours?
Answer

Dark coloured garments require a pre-treatment coat and a layer of white ink before the artwork is printed on the garment due to the water based ink being used for printing to enable a sharper and visible print. Light colours only require the artwork to be printed on the garment. The extra resources required for Dark garments attract the additional cost (Sorry!!! we really wish we could make it cheaper for you) See here for more information on DTG printing

Question Why does my screen print have a setup fee?
Answer

It is a onetime fee used to expose your design onto the mesh, subsequent printing of same design attracts no such fee.

Question Can I come to your office?
Answer

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we have closed our liaison offices in Lagos and Abuja but you can view samples at the Garmspot store at No2 Alexander Road, Ikoyi Lagos. All enquiries and orders would be processed online or via telephone.
